Job Function: Seasonal Parks – Soccer Referee
Job Location: Cedar Lake Parks Department; 7408 Constitution Avenue, Cedar Lake, IN 46303
Compensation: This position has a maximum hourly rate of $13.40.
Job Summary:
Under the direction and supervision of the Recreation Coordinator, the Soccer Referee will be responsible for following and enforcing league rules as they pertain to the different age levels of soccer.
Desired Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Working knowledge of the rules of the game from either previous refereeing or playing experience
- Ability to communicate effectively via e-mail, phone, and in person with the Recreation Coordinator as well as a diverse group of people participating at various ages
