Crime Data & Statistics
The Cedar Lake Police Department participates in the Police Data Initiative (PDI) as part of the President’s Task Force on 21st Century Policing. As a participant in this program, we will publish specific data to build transparency, increase community trust, and use data to enhance internal accountability through practical analysis.
The datasets provided are also available for download in an open data format, a CSV (comma-separated value) file, that can be used in other applications for data analysis.
