Town Facility Rentals
The Town of Cedar Lake rents various facilities throughout the year to benefit our community. Below is a list of the available facilities:

Shelter and Clubhouse rates for Non-Profit: A 25% discount (+ tax where applicable) of the Rental Rate is available for non-profit organizations registered in Lake County, Indiana, serving Cedar Lake residents, with a limit of two (2) discounts per calendar year.

Security Deposit: This facility requires a $200 security deposit. Please get in touch with the park office for more details.
Refund and Cancellation: Security deposits will be refunded by check approximately 30-45 days after the event. Based on the “cost to cure” method, they may be reduced or withheld for damages or excessive cleaning required after your rental.

- A driver’s license or legal identification is required for rentals, and proof of residency is required for resident rates.
- Payment and security deposit are due at the time of rental.
- Additional fees, permits, security, and deposits will be required for alcohol-permitted event
- Non-profit organizations will need to provide proof of non-profit status.

Amenities: Picnic tables, grill & electricity
CARDINALS ROOST
Location: 7408 Constitution Avenue (Northeast side of the museum, near the bandstand)
Amenities: Picnic tables, grill & electricity
BANDSTAND/STAGE
Location: 7408 Constitution Avenue (Northeast side of the museum, overlooking lake)
Amenities: bleachers, picnic tables & electricity
CLUBHOUSE
Location: 9800 W 129th Ave (off Parrish Ave)
Amenities: Picnic tables, tables & chairs, kitchen, parking, indoor restrooms, heat/air conditioning, electricity.
