Accessing your Employee Email

You may access your employee email by going to Microsoft Outlook Online.

You will need your Username, Password, and Multi-Factor Authentication phone number or device.

If you have trouble accessing your email, please get in touch with the IT department.


Mobile Device or Application advising you have an incorrect Password.

Due to recent changes by Microsoft, you may find that your Mobile Device or another application is no longer working. This is because the Device or Application is NOT using a Modern and Safe Authentication method to connect to our email servers. Most devices and applications have been updated, so adding your account back using the new method provided by the manufacturer will most likely begin to work.

You can always use the Microsoft application provided to access your email. This application will use this Modern Authentication method and provide you with access to calendars and contacts from within our organization.
