Notice is hereby given that the Town of Cedar Lake, Indiana, will receive sealed bids for the sale of real property owned by the Town located at:
14322 Rocklin St., Cedar Lake, Indiana 46303

Bids will be received beginning on March 10, 2026 and will be received and accepted at Cedar Lake Town Hall, located at:
7408 Constitution Avenue
Cedar Lake, IN 46303
Attention: Town Manager – Benjamin Eldridge
All bids must be sealed, clearly marked “Sealed Bid – 14322 Rocklin St.. Property”, and must be received by 5:00 PM on Tuesday, March 31, 2026. Bids received after that time will not be considered.
The minimum bid that will be considered for the property is $10,483.50. All bids must specify the total purchase price offered and include the bidder’s name, address, telephone number, and any additional information required for consideration.
Bids will be subject to public inspection after submission. The Town of Cedar Lake reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding process, and to award the sale to the highest and best eligible bidder in accordance with applicable law. Upon acceptance of a bid, the purchaser will be required to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal requirements and will be responsible for all costs associated with the sale and transfer of the property.
The sale will be conducted in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this notice and in compliance with Indiana law governing the disposal of municipal real property.
