PUBLIC NOTICE PRESS RELEASE
Applications are being solicited for Boards and Commissions with the following vacancies, stating political affiliation where applicable:
- Board of Safety- One (1) vacancy- Republican affiliation
- Board of Zoning Appeals- One (1) vacancy- No affiliation requirement
- Park Board – One (1) vacancy – Demcrat affiliation
- Plan Commission – Two (2) vacancy – Republican affiliation
- Stormwater Board– One (1) vacancy – Republican or Democrat affiliation
- Unsafe Board – One (1) vacancy – No affiliation requirement
Interested residents may pick up an application at the Cedar Lake Town Hall located at 7408 Constitution Avenue from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, or online at www.cedarlakein.gov.
Applications may be submitted in person at the Town Hall (ATTN: Jennifer Sandberg) or emailed as a PDF to jennifer.sandberg@cedarlakein.gov. Proof of residency is required and political affiliation, where applicable. The application deadline is October 31, 2025.
