Accessing your Employee Email

Town employees can read their work email from any web browser at Outlook on the web. Sign in with your Town email address and password, then complete the second verification step (multi-factor authentication) on your phone or device.

Email on a Phone or Tablet

We recommend the free Microsoft Outlook app for iPhone and Android. It works with the Town’s security settings and includes your work calendar and the Town contact list.

If your phone’s built-in mail app keeps saying your password is wrong, the app is likely using an older sign-in method that Microsoft no longer allows. Remove the work account from the app, then add it back, or switch to the Outlook app.
