New Business

1. Consideration and Funding for the Purchase of Lots 15 and 16 at Railside Business Park

Mr. Thiel explained the proposed purchase covers the northern two lots in the Railside Business Park, and that the lots are intended for two additional wells. He noted three-phase electric service and a 12-inch water main are already in place at the site, installed by the developer during the original subdivision of the industrial park. He explained the funding would be split evenly between Fund 804 and Fund 644, and asked Ms. Sandberg to describe the two funds.

Ms. Sandberg stated Fund 644 is the Water Development Restricted Fund, and Fund 804 is the TIF Fund for the Consolidated District.

Motion to approve the purchase of Lots 15 and 16 at Railside Business Park made by Ms. Rivera; seconded by Mr. Becker.
