Call to Order

The meeting of Lowell-Cedar Lake Joint Management and Oversight Board (JMOB) was called to order at 1:00 P.M. on Tuesday, November 12, 2013 by Neil Simstad of NIES Engineering.

• Mark Downey, Commonwealth Engineering
• Randy Santy

• Terry Wright, Superintendent
• Greg Shook, Lowell Public Works Director

Agenda Approval

Motion made by Mark Downey and seconded by Jim Cornett. All in favor by voice vote, 4-0.

Approval of Minutes

Motion made by Jim Cornett and seconded by Mark Downey to approve the August 6, 2013 minutes. All in favor by voice vote, 4-0.

Superintendent's Report

Superintendent Terry Wright reports that there has been no major breakdowns at the plant, just minor repairs. The plant has been running good and requests nothing from the Board at this time.

Lowell Engineer's Report

Mark Downey reported that NIPSCO has been notified and need to place the meter. The contractor is currently off the job site but will return once the meter is placed. There is some clean-up that needs to be performed by the contractor.

Cedar Lake Engineer's Report

No Report.

2014 Schedule of JMOB Meetings

• February 18th at 1:00 PM in Lowell, IN
• May 13th at 1:00 PM in Cedar Lake, IN
• August 12th at 1:00 PM in Lowell, IN
• November 11th at 1:00 PM in Cedar Lake, IN

Motion made by Jim Cornett and seconded by Mark Downey to approve the 2014 Schedule of JMOB meetings. All in favor by voice vote, 4-0.

Public Comment

Lowell's Director of Public Works, Greg Shook distributed a report for the Board to review.
