Petitioner is requesting a Developmental Variance from the Town of Cedar Lake, Lake County, Indiana Ordinance No. 1402, Chapter 16 (2), (a) (9): Prohibited Signs: Signs which display any flashing or intermittent lights, or lights changing intensity or color, except signs indicating time or weather conditions; Section C. Petitioner is requesting a Developmental Variance to build an electronic off-premises sign, 10x20 total 400 square feet to be located within 200 feet of residence.

Variance Request B:

Petitioner is requesting a developmental variance from the Town of Cedar Lake, Lake County, Indiana, Ordinance No. 1402, Chapter 16 (1)(c) monument signs/pole-mounted signs; in the event that a building has a pole-mounted sign, it shall be limited to a maximum size of sixty (60') square feet in area, maximum size of sixty (60') square feet, twenty-five (25') feet in height and must have a ground clearance of a minimum of eight (8') feet from the ground to the bottom of the sign.

Petitioner is requesting a developmental variance to build a pole-mounted monument sign, which has a maximum size of one hundred eight (108') square feet in area on each side, with a ground clearance of forty-two (42") inches from the ground to the bottom of the sign.
